Terms and Conditions:
· CordLife reserves the right to change the Terms and dates of this contest at its sole discretion without prior notice. By participating in this contest, participants are taken to have agreed to the changes that may be made from time to time.
· The contest is open to all citizens and residents in the Philippines only.
· All photographs must be submitted, either by post or email, to CordLife before 30 November 2009.
· Each participant is allowed to submit a maximum of 2 photographs. However, each photograph must be accompanied with all the required participants’ details.
· CordLife will not be responsible for lost or damaged photographs. All photographs shall not be returned to the participants. Participants agree that CordLife, their agents and assigns are allowed an exclusive right to use, reproduce or adapt their photographs for the purposes of CordLife’s contest, exhibitions or in any publicity materials from 1 December 2009 till 28 February 2010.
· CordLife has the discretion to change the prize and their composition.
