Forever21, Wetseal and Charlotte Russe are currently holding online sales! Dresses and tops are selling as low as $10! I am so tempted to click on Add to Cart buttons and settle the bill. The only dilemna is I live thousands of miles from the US.. and I have to worry about shipment here in Manila.
